SKZR(СКЗР) 1х250 and 2х250
S - lantern
K - console
Z - mirror
R – mercury lamp
(according to old GOST)
Visiting sites about soviet streetlights you will see that not only these lanterns are named SKZR.
SKZR was used like common name for lanterns of that time with the same features (K, Z, R), like Polish ORZ, German VEB http://i44.tinypic.com/so6btd.jpg lanterns and etc. But real SKZR are only these:

I think, this lantern has more „modifications“.

SKZR‘ description in Russian:
Светильники типа СКЗР-250 (консольные, зеркальные, с ртутной лампой типа ДРЛ-250) выполнены в консоли, устанавливаемой на Г-образных опорах. Корпус светильника имеет вытянутую форму. В нем на кронштейне помещается лампа и в отдельном отсеке ПРА. Отсек закрывают крышкой и запирают на замок. Между крышкой и корпусом устанавливают резиновую прокладку. Лампа закрыта зеркальным отражателем и козырьком из молочного полиметилметакрилита. Подключение светильника к сети осуществляется при помощи зажимной колодки. Климатическое исполнение светильников У1, степень защиты IP23.
